- October 16, 2012: Deb
packages available to Ubuntu Precise and Debian Wheezy
(i386 and amd64). These packages are available from a few days ago, but I
had no time to test these until now. See Downloads section.
- October 2, 2012: FísicaLab
0.3.0 released. The interface comes with the following new features:
- The conversion factors are now available from a contextual menu.
- Basic mathematical operations can be done
at table entries. Also can be used some useful functions like: cos(),
sin(), hypot()...
- A yellow square is drawn around the element whose data is displayed
in the table.
- Leaving the mouse cursor over an element
in the chalkboard, its data is displayed in a tooltip.
- Has been added a preferences panel to
configure the chalkboard size (in cells) and the font size in
tooltips.

modules has been done the following changes and additions:
- Circular kinematics of particles: Changes
in the entries of some elements. For example the Angular
Velocity element now has entries for the initial and final
angular velocity.
- Dynamics of particles: Removed the
element Explosion. These problems can be done in the
new module.
- In the modules of Static has been added an element to relate
angles.
- Static of rigid bodies: This module has
been extended to allow solve trusses problems. Also there are elements
to represent beams of two forces.
- New module Circular Dynamics of Particles.

To compile FísicaLab from source you should use the GNUstep packages in
develop (from SVN).
- April 9, 2012: Now available
the version 0.2.2 of FisicaLab. This package is a bugfix for the latest
GNUstep packages. Since the changes in these break many apps. FisicaLab is
one of them. Get the package at Download
page.
- November 28, 2011: Now
available the first binary package for GNU/Linux 32 bits. This package has
not been tested widely, but is the most easy way to get FisicaLab. Get the
package at Download page.
- October 22, 2011: There is
available a package of FisicaLab 0.2.1 for Mac OS. You can download it at
Download page. Please report any problem
with it at discussion list.
- June 16, 2011: FísicaLab
0.2.1 released. This is a review version that brings improvements to work
with the latest GNUstep packages and take advantage of new additions. Among
these improvements are:
- Fixed bugs.
- Improved application performance.
- Menu in window to GNU/Linux, *BSD, ...
- Corrections to the menu in Windows 7.
- Reimplementation of the help panel according to changes in
GNUstep.

- November 3, 2010: FísicaLab
0.2 is available on the repositories of distros Gentoo and OpenBSD.
- July 6, 2010: FísicaLab 0.2
released. This version comes with three new submodules:
- Kinematics of circular motion of particles.
- Static or rigid bodies in 2D.
- Heat, calorimetry, ideal gas and expansion.
There are many improvements and fixed bugs:
- Fixed some incorrect conversion factors.
- More messages to prevent invalid combination of elements.
- Improvements to prevent blockage of the mouse pointer when moving or
adding items to the board.
- Windows version comes with GSL libraries. And with an special theme
to Windows.

- May 24, 2010: We discover a

Unfortunately FísicaLab 0.2 could not be released in late 2009. The design
issues of the submodules have taken longer than expected. But I hope to
release the next version during the first quarter of this year.
